Front Office - Ronda

Let’s get this part straight from the start: Ronda does not work on vehicles, nor has she ever had interest in doing so.  Her role at SCP is to provide networking and administrative support for the shop, and she’s been active in that capacity for 5 years.  Ronda’s interest in cars is limited to operating them; among those she’s owned, the one she’s currently driving—a Mercedes-Benz—is her favorite.   Ronda’s eyes light up when thoughts turn to her dream car, though:  it’s the new Camaro, in metallic sapphire blue with a white racing stripe. 

Asked to name her hobbies, Ronda doesn’t need to ponder: “all things sparkly,” she says.  Specifically, that includes shimmering waters bordered by sand, Champagne, diamonds, and gemstones.  She also likes to read, and loves to dance; in fact, she instructed Zumba classes for 1½ years, until a back injury curtailed her activities earlier this year.  Foodwise, her favorites are steak, pasta, and key lime pie – with a good cup of coffee or a glass of wine to go with them.  Ronda likes red wine, and cabernet sauvignon in particular; she favors the Sherwin Family Vineyards’ Estate Cabernet from the Spring Mountain district in Napa, which she has visited.  Could she travel anywhere for a vacation, though, Ronda says she would choose Italy.

When she sits down to view a movie, she most likes to watch The Notebook, Pride and Prejudice, The Illusionist, Return to Me, or The Count of Monte Cristo.  Ronda’s favorite movie lines are:

Mr. Darcy, in Pride and Prejudice:

If she were to win the lottery, Ronda would invest for the future, resolve debts for all her family members, and donate to charities: cancer and Alzheimer’s disease are causes dear to her.
